OUR OYSTERS

Our signature Marin Miyagi™ pacific oysters have been a local staple for nearly 25 years. Grown in northern Tomales Bay, they are briny with notes of melon and cucumber. Available in a variety of sizes, from extra small all the way up to BBQs.

Marin Gems™ spend their entire lives on our floating farm in southern Tomales Bay. Constant wind and waves tumble them into the perfect bite size oyster. The warmer water and constant movement of our floating farm also results in a sweeter, more flavorful oyster.
